Shipping rates

Dispatch & processing

• Orders placed before 16:00 CET on business days are dispatched the same day
• Orders placed after 16:00 or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order ships

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging with no external indication of the contents. Temperature-sensitive products are packed with appropriate insulation to maintain product integrity during transit.

Carriers

We ship via DHL and PostNL, depending on your location. All shipments include full tracking.

Customs & duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their local authorities.

Returns policy

Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used. However, we will gladly provide a full refund or replacement if:

• Your order arrived damaged during shipping
• You received the wrong product
• The product does not match the specifications on its Certificate of Analysis

How to request a return

1. Email hello@onyxpeptides.com within 14 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue
3. We will review your request within 2 business days
4. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement at no extra cost

Lost or missing packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact us within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package cannot be located, send a replacement or issue a refund.
