By placing an order with Onyx Peptides, a trading name of Vexio j. s. a. (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (the “Buyer”) make the following declaration. This declaration forms part of the contract of sale and must be accepted at checkout before any order can be completed.
You confirm that every product you purchase is intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and scientific development. The products are not medicines, food supplements, cosmetics or veterinary products. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, administration, or for any diagnostic, therapeutic or clinical use.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are a qualified researcher, professional, or an authorised representative of a research institution or business, purchasing these products in the course of your professional or commercial activity.
You acknowledge and agree that this purchase is made as a business-to-business commercial transaction. You are entering into a commercial contract and are not acting as a consumer. Consumer-protection rights that apply to consumer sales — including any statutory right of withdrawal — do not apply to this transaction.
You are solely responsible for confirming that the purchase, import, possession and use of the products is lawful in your country and jurisdiction. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and institutional guidelines that govern the handling, storage, use and disposal of research chemicals.
You accept full responsibility for the safe and proper handling, storage and disposal of the products, in accordance with good laboratory practice and any safety data sheet (SDS) provided. You will not administer the products to yourself, to any other person, or to any animal.
You will not resell, supply or otherwise make the products available to any person for human or animal consumption, or in any way that is inconsistent with their intended research use.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Onyx Peptides and its operators against any claim, loss, liability or damage arising from your misuse of the products or from your breach of this declaration.
By ticking the acceptance boxes at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to this Buyer’s Declaration, and that every statement you make in connection with your order is true and accurate.
