Newsletter measurement
Our newsletter emails contain a small image and tracked links that tell us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, so we can tell which messages are useful. This data is linked to your subscription, kept for at most 12 months, and you can block it by turning off images in your email app or by unsubscribing at any time.
Unfinished orders
When you type your email and contact details in the checkout, we save them together with your cart even before you place the order, so we can help if something goes wrong and remind you of an unfinished order. We keep this for at most 90 days and never add it to our newsletter; you can ask us to delete it at any time.
